- Return Time
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the order being shipped. Returns made after this time will not be accepted. - Return Conditions
To ensure your return is accepted, please follow the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and not visibly damaged or contaminated.
All returned items must include the original packaging and tags.
If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, Drs. Bronner’s will pay for the return shipping.

Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and return address after confirming your return request.
Return the item: Send the item back to the return address we provide. Please ensure that the item is intact and use a trackable mailing method. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the item.
Refund processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your payment account through the original route, and the specific arrival time depends on your bank or payment platform.
- Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not provide direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange the item, it is recommended that you return the unsuitable item and repurchase it. Please follow the return process above. - Damaged or defective item
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with a solution for return, reshipment or refund. To speed up the processing, you can provide photos of the damaged item and relevant order information. - Refund Processing
